Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You can return your order to us within 14 days of receiving it.

And the best part: We give you more time.
With our 30-day money-back guarantee, you can return your order up to 30 days after receiving it. The only requirement is that the item remains unused and undamaged.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you must inform us (Beuteltiere UG, Ulmer Str. 5, 88459 Tannheim) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement sent to hello@ohhpossum.com. You may use the attached withdrawal form template for this purpose, although it is not mandatory. Returns must be sent to the following address: Beuteltiere UG, Ulmerstr. 5, 88459 Tannheim, Germany.

If your return is accepted, you will receive detailed instructions from us on where to send the package. We do not provide a return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union – 14-day Withdrawal Period

If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. We will refund all payments received from you, except for the shipping costs. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@ohhpossum.com.

General Notes

1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please note that used or washed items cannot be accepted for return. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use a protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage.

2. Please do not return goods freight collect (unpaid).
