Accepted payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal (installment payment, direct debit, purchase on account)
• Klarna (installment purchase, invoice)
• SEPA direct debit
• Immediate transfer

Payment terms

Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the order unless otherwise agreed. For purchases on account, the payment term is 14 days from the invoice date.

Currency

All prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and include the statutory VAT.

Payment security

Your payment data is transmitted encrypted and processed securely. We do not store credit card data on our servers.

Chargebacks and cancellations

For valid returns, we will refund the purchase price to the originally used payment method. Processing may take 3–10 business days.

Reminder procedure

In case of payment default, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees and take legal action.
