    Returns

    As described in the  right of withdrawal, you have a right of withdrawal for every purchase from Beuteltiere UG. If an item does not fit you ideally or you do not like it, you can return the goods ordered from ohhpossum.com to us within 30 days.

    You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

    To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

    Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Beutleltiere UG - Ulmer Str. 5 - 88459 Tannheim, Germany.

    Please include the invoice, as otherwise returns cannot be assigned and processed.


    Return Confirmation & Refund

    Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, been accepted, and processed, you will receive a confirmation by email. This may take a few business days. The refund will be initiated after our quality control has inspected the returned goods. All refunds are issued via the same payment method selected during the purchase.


    Exchanges

    Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for unwanted items. The quickest and easiest way is to return all unwanted items to us and place a new order for your desired item through our online shop as usual. Once we have received, accepted, and processed your return, we will promptly refund the purchase price.

    Our Return Policy

    You can return the items within 30 days - valid from receipt of the goods - for a full refund. All items must have the original tags attached.
