Accepted payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:

- PayPal (installment payment, direct debit, purchase on account)
- Klarna (installment purchase, invoice)
- SEPA direct debit
- Instant bank transfer
- Bank transfer (after verification)
Payment deadlines
Payment is due immediately upon order, unless otherwise agreed. For purchases on account, the payment period is 14 days from the invoice date.

Payment security
Your payment details are transmitted encrypted and processed securely. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
Chargebacks and cancellations
For legitimate returns, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method. Processing may take 3-10 business days.
Dunning procedure
In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees and take legal action.
